V	Viktor One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent customer service and lack of respect. Do not care about providing any professional service. Will ignore the delivery address details given to company and call the wrong phone numbers. This company makes losing your package even more painful. Extremely late on promised delivery times, poor communication, unreliable. Not sure why companies make even more mistakes by using ICS Courier Services Inc.

However their customer facing tools very much lag behind the competition. Yes they are smaller than the big boys but that is no reason to have website tracking tools that do not work all the time or to have to wait 45 minutes on hold to speak with someone regarding tracking a package only to be told to "wait a few days and it should be there". 1980's or what?

My items were supposed to be delivered before Christmas as they were gifts and the tracking said it was out for delivery and I should expect it on Dec 23rd. When I checked my tracking later that day, it said item was being held and to call customer service. First, it took forever to get through to them and when I did, they didn't know why it was being held. The rep said she would call me back and didn't. I called again on Dec 24 and spoke with another Rep and she still didn't know why my shipment was being held. Again, promising to call me back. At this point I knew I was not going to get my items for Christmas and I didn't bother calling back as I was frustrated. I just received my items today on Dec 29. I still have no idea why delivery didn't happen on time. Trying to support local and this is what I end up dealing with. Small businesses beware your customers will have similar issues with this courier service.
P	Pina Cundari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with ICS COURIER with the new Ontario REP Mathew Fenech. I originally opened my account with Maegan in BC because there was no Ontario Rep. Mathew called me and said we have to hike you shipping fees. I told Mathew i opened the account during a pandemic you cannot expect my shipping amounts would be the same as when during normal time. Mathew told me that he didn't care and that the only thing he cares about is the bottom line. I asked to speak to his supervisor he denied me. I called customer service 3 x leaving messages for the supervisor to call me and was told she would call me within 48 hours. Its been a month and no call. I called Maegan in BC again and she answered and told me that the supervisor is aware of the situation but only calls customers that are million dollar clients. Sorry I am not a million dollar client but how are you supposed to help companies if you raise there shipping costs. Mathew was just after my USA shipments but ICS COURIER is way too expensive compared to FedEx so why would I use them. Maegan answer was I can cancel your account if you like. This is how they try to retain customers. I have never in my life felt like a company could treat me worse than them. The only person who I enjoyed my experience with was the courier driver Dwight he is polite and always happy to come into my shop even if I only had one package that day. ** DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM GO TO FEDEX THEY OFFER 65% OFF TO SMALL MOM AND POP BUSINESSES TO HELP THEM OUT ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC*

Ics on the other hand delivered my parcel to the wrong address, not anywhere near my neighbourhood (I called to inquire and the photo description of the porch it ended up on does not match any of the houses I live around) it’s pretty straight forward to get an address correct ??‍♀️
M	M Ibrahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their driver didn't bother to ring the door bell, there's 5 people living in this house (all awake early and available) and none of us heard a ring or knock, and I've been checking the tracking info periodically. Suddenly the tracking updates that nobody was home when the driver came. There's no way that's true, if their driver had an ounce of patience they would've waited a minute or actually knocked like a grown human being instead of leaving a door tag and dashing off.
