He's reply was "we don't service that area" He, had the nerve to suggest. I should look around for insurance in the area were I live All these years that I have dealt with insurance brokers. I have NEVER been told or heard of such a statement. Specifically and specially, from a broker company. This company is clearly discriminating the area and the people who lives in Brampton. Good Luck staying in business. Bad customer service

I explained to the woman on the phone that I'm trying to save money on insurance as quotes from competitors were far to high and I can't afford paying over $150/month for insurance. She was advising that I purchase extremely high liability coverage as well as all the bells and whistle they could possibly tack on. When I suggested that those would increase my rates she said that she wouldn't "advise" I go any lower. When I said I appreciate her advice but would like a quote with the reduced coverage anyway, she hung up the phone on me. Good luck staying in business with customer service like that.

Unlike many inexperienced brokers or "online" insurance offerings, I found Anastasia and Steven to be highly knowledgeable, professional, and committed to the client's best interest. They provided excellent counsel and took the time to explain the insurance coverage, so my client was not buying either too much or too little insurance. It's great to know that claims will be handled responsibly and paid (and not contested by insurance providers, because the wrong information was submitted). I will refer other clients to this broker.
