Audrey made this journey to figure out what my intolerances were an enjoyable and flavorful one. She offers amazing guidance. The online support was fantastic mixed in with a healthy amount of zoom calls. She answered every question I had (there was lots). She made the transition from a regular diet to the LOWFAD diet as seamless as possible. She got the results I needed. Packed with tasty recipes and loads of eating out options for when you are working through the diet and introduction phases. I contacted other nutritionists that also do IBS programs but Audreys program was the one that I found to be the easiest to integrate. She cared so much for me and guided me through times that were tough. She is also soooo understanding and friendly. Never rushes and puts you first. Highly recommended.

Audrey is wonderful to work with. She genuinely cares about your health, and provides a great deal of knowledge and support during the process. I would highly recommend working with Audrey if you are struggling with digestion issues. The program is extremely well done, and very helpful.

Following a few surgeries, my digestive situation became uniquely complex. After seeing 3 dietitians over a period of 8 years, I was introduced to the low-fodmap diet. Although I felt better, I became frustrated with the dietary limitations of 2 years on a strictly low-fod regimen. I felt I needed to find a way to identify my digestive triggers and try reintroducing some foods. A discussion with another online dietitian led to IBS Nutrition, - Audrey Inouye, who is a Monash-trained dietitian. After following Audrey's thorough, organized, science-based and common sense approach, I feel I now have the know-how to confidently enjoy many more foods, even some foods I was pretty sure were off-limits before! I highly recommend Audrey Inouye for anyone struggling with IBS.

I sought out Audrey after a long standing battle with IBS like symptoms. I tried many methods of managing my symptoms prior but nothing was ever sustainable. I knew a bit about FODMAPS but found the internet gave me a lot of mixed ideas of what they meant and how to approach a low FODMAP diet. Audrey helped me have a clear and much better understanding of what FODMAPS are and how they can affect digestion. The temporary alterations in my diet were life changing and allowed me to gain a better understanding of what I need to do on a daily basis to help minimize my symptoms. My experience was a lot more simple, less intimidating, and a much safer approach to managing symptoms than what the internet lead me to believe. Highly recommend Audrey and her expertise!

After 8 years of digestive issues, I found Audrey. She was very of knowledgeable about IBS. Only a few months later I found relief and finally have my life back. I would recommend seeing her to anyone who has issues with IBS

Audrey was very supportive and caring! She helped me understand FODMAPS and what to eat to reduce my bloating symptoms. I feel so much better after working with her! I would highly recommend her if you have bloating issues after meals.
