Everyone was super friendly and efficient. I would recommend going here for any service. Have had horrible experiences at other mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neighbour recommended Carmichaels after I had had some expensive dodgy experiences at various other places, so I decided to give them a go. I now won’t go anywhere else. The Carmichaels have been honest, open, upfront, friendly, not at all sexist (unlike some other places!), friendly, reliable and reasonable in price. My Odesa and my kids Versa note have now had several repairs, tire changes and services with them and I’ve never felt like I’ve been overcharged of undermined. Ryan in particular has been very patient with my ramblings on when I’ve had concerns over particular noises and the such and I can highly recommend them and have, to all friends and family alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only one experience with Carmichael's but it was very positive. They are a good old-fashioned, honest and affordable car repair business and really know automotive issues and solutions hands down. I will absolutely see them again with any of my three cars.

Ryan was very kind on the phone and able to help me out and explained everything in layman's terms so I understood what the problem was. Excellent service, will be booking maintenance with them going forward.

Been servicing all my vehicles here for quite some time now and they never disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and definitely know what they are doing. If you need to have your vehicle fixed, maintained, or just looked after, Ian Carmichael's Auto Shop is the place to go.
