Very friendly staff and a pretty good selection of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible they do not answer the phone they turn their phones off so they don’t have to answer the phone to patients and they don’t return your call when they’re supposed to either. also trying to make an appointment is ridiculous. Very unimpressed with this IDA pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling for appointment today and phones are turned off. Last week I went to their location in Lamont , and sat and waited 15 minutes past their opening time. Late opening was not impressed as a regular customer , but this has been a disappointment since my regular pharmacist is away in India visiting family . He was always on time and answered his phone calls like a true business person does . I will change my review once they have explained why their phones are off at 1123 am in the morning on a work week ? Other pharmacist are open yesterday and today and tomorrow ? just very disappointed glad it was not an emergency because these clowns don't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this small community pharmacy today for the first time and am blown away by how wonderful my experience with the team was. I sat down with a Pharmacist, who reviewed my history and made a care plan with me. He listened, took the time to explain everything, gave helpful suggestions and genuinely cared. I've never felt so well cared for after a pharmacy visit. I am happily switching to this pharmacy and would highly recommend them to everyone.
