★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service over the past 35 years (I've been a customer there since 1987). Always done quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. The service always gets the job done and keeps the car going down the road. So, I'm happy. Over the years I have purchased quite a number of cars from Hyundai of Oakville. I think they should adopt the policy of "Buy 12 get one free".

They are very fast for sale but slow and very cheap for solution.
The Service department is the worst and the manager think he own the dealership.
I brought the car for inspection and I was told that the battery was the issue and paid to have it replaced. The next day the issue reoccurred again. I called Hyundai Canada; they promised me that the dealer is going to call me within four days and nothing happened. It’s very disappointing to go through all of this, having wasted so much time and not having a proper solution.
He took one month to have a phone call from the dealership after a lot of back and forth with no apologies from the service department.
Even when you leave a message(s) to management you need to call and call to have someone.
I had to pay to have the vehicle towed from Mississauga to the location and simply get 15% discount on the repair and I fight for it. They are cheap and like every company they have a budget for this kind of issue but again they are cheap even “very”.
I did all my previous repairs and oil change at this location but the last one left me with a bad taste.
I feel badly treated, disrespected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I drove my car into the bay, the customer service was great. The gentleman who took my keys was friendly , the waiting room was clean and comfortable and less than an hour later my car was ready and it was clean ! Which was a really nice surprise. I know sometimes the car wash is out of order. So I don’t expect my car to be washed, but it’s a great addition to oil change service. If the service remains to this standard I will not think twice about taking my vehicle here once my oil change program is done.
My appreciation to the Service team at Hyundai for the outstanding customer service !

This week I took it in for the first oil change and check up. The service department were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It is a nice touch to have had my car washed. I had a question and the Service Manager Jay answered my inquiry and alleviated my concern. I recommend Oakville Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai.
