★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoir un crédit chez Hydro-Québec ca veut dire: Avoir aucune façon sur le site de l'appliquer sur une facture ou de la recevoir en argent. Aucune façon de pouvoir la recevoir en chat avec les personnes ultra incompétentes qui sont pas capable répondre par oui ou par non mais répondre plus par un paragraphe incompréhensible et ca veut dire aussi attendre au téléphone 1h et se faire dire ca sera pas bien long et etre 30min plus tard en attente encore et je suis encore en attente . Pourquoi pensez qu'il disent aucun mauvais language sera toléré. Parce que la seul chose tu a le gout de faire c'est de les traiter d'incompétents pi de crosseurs! Nouveau slogant pour Hydro-Crosseur. Pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué!
Having a credit with Hydro-Quebec means: Having no way on the site to apply it to an invoice or to receive it in cash. No way to be able to receive her in chat with ultra incompetent people who are not able to answer yes or no but answer more with an incomprehensible paragraph and that also means waiting on the phone 1 hour and being told it will not be very long and be 30min later still pending and still pending.
