Ben was super responsive, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, and Ben was really patient in answering all my questions. I felt Ben was fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to make and purchases or decisions, and the final product/installation was excellent. I highly recommend HVAC Strong and Ben!

We had a very challenging situation where our high-efficiency furnace was in need of major repair: the heat exchange (which is a key component) was leaking, and swapping it out required taking the entire furnace out with all the accompanying piping and air vents work. I actually was told that the entire furnace may need to be replaced because removing the existing furnace this was such a challenging work. Long story short - Ben did all the work in half a day, and left our place cleaner than before! I am still amazed how smooth and trouble-free an experience it was for us. This is what you call professional of the highest caliber! His rates are worth every penny. With a different service provider it may have taken several days to complete this work, and at the end I may have needed to replace the furnace after all. Ben has my highest recommendations. Very, very happy with his service.

We reached out for a quote and Ben was beyond helpful with providing us options in pricing and unit efficiency. Responsibility, we reached out to other contractors to compare pricing and discovered through that process how professional Ben really is compared to his competition. Not only was his pricing the best, but he was responsive, transparent and very helpful throughout everything. It relieved a lot of anxiety around the purchase. Once we agreed to hire Ben, he came out and installed our unit shortly thereafter. He showed up when he said he was going to, he finished earlier than he promised and he checked in with us after he left. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Ben and HVAC STRONG. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Trust is earned and Ben treated the whole process like he was doing this install for his own family. Thank you!

Did an excellent job of installation neat and tidy. Unit was up and running when he was done. We didn’t have to get any other company to do any of the install. We would highly recommend him.

He explained everything he was doing and who he booked to come into the house (electrician). He gave me a timeline of events and amount of noise he would be making. And there were the extras! Ben was very personable and responsive to my many questions about the many options involved in a total heat/water overhaul.
