We were very pleased with the service provided by Milani. We had an issue with our A/C unit and when other companies were not willing and able to schedule a time for us, Milani did and in a timely manner. Not only was our issue resolved but the service provided was very professional. Our service specialist was very knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely be continuing to use Milani for all of our plumbing and heating needs. Thank you again:)

Chris W came to rescue us during 45 degree heat wave in Kelowna! Very respectful when I mentioned that I preferred mask on during his work throughout my house. Very efficient and only cost me an hour ($99) for his service!

Horrible. Tried to call and set up an appointment to replace both my furnace and A/C. What a nightmare! The guy who took the call wanted sooooooooo much information. Give me a break ... send someone out to take a look and talk to IN PERSON. I only wanted to schedule an appointment, I didn't wanted to get 20 questions. I called 3 other businesses to get an assessment. Each just took my name and address, as they should, and wham ... they showed up for our appointment. Ended up buying a $15,000 package. I would NEVER use Milani ... it only wants to talk on the phone and extract information. Awful experience.

Milani - When I first called them to book appointment I was asked many questions. I thought it was a bit too much. Finally, appointment for estimate was scheduled with Nick. He was on time, asked what I was looking for and then provided options. He took his time in explaining differences. I was impressed. I knew that if I was to go with any company it would be with Milani. After about 2 weeks I confirmed in having the work done. Nick booked service for 3 days. On day one I met installer Chris, he was easy to talk to and knew what exactly was being done. I felt comfortable and confident with him. During the 3 days I met Sam, Acer and Robin. I felt so confident with these guys that I only periodically would check how its going… I could hear their working hard and just didn’t want to be a nuisance. I spoke with Robin a bit more as he was installing the thermostat inside. This guy is first class, communicates properly, explains system without rush and answers any questions I had. One problem with the install was that my garage drain was clogged and for condensation they would need to pipe to laundry room drain for release. The guys decided to flush and snake the garage drain and they said they fixed it. The did mention that if it does clog then let us know and we will then do the piping. Their work was neat and they cleaned up all the garbage. Just before they left I asked Acer to close a vent and without hesitation he did it. Sam was very good in giving me ideas on maintaining the AC and Chris answered any further concerns I had. The guys are very good! I wish them all the very best life has to offer. Keep up the good work. Lastly, I’d like to acknowledge Nick again. Not only is he very good but replies to my messages asap. I sincerely appreciate that and when the possibility had arise that I may need to change service dates due to family illness he was not only accommodating but also compassionate. Great guy! Really good return support. The technician installed a Nest thermostat for us and he missed one setting. When he realized the error he told us he would not be charging us for the visit and resolved the issue. That is customer service. I will continue to use Milani for my HVAC and plumbing issues!

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Milani Plumbing and Heating for the replacement of the main city water line from the street to the house using their Trenchless Water Line technology this past February. I would particularly like to commend Adrian and Robin for their incredible efforts and commitment to completing this job under less than ideal conditions. It was a shovel job-8' down. I know it was a long day for them but they never even thought of next day completion. I would recommend these guys and Milani for any of your Plumbing, Heating, and A/C projects.
