Can’t say it’s the first choice to make in terms of cost, however, the quality and the numerous solutions they provide make up for the extra bucks. The support services are impeccable as well.

Have monthly subscription plans as opposed to Keeptruckin who offer only yearly plans for small scaled trucking companies
High quality product
Choice to upgrade or downgrade on Monthly basis
Can be used on personal tablet as well
Cons
Not the cheapest in the market but definitely best quality wise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to use and understand. Excellent support services. Their ELD device is really advanced. I am particularly happy with the warning alerts they send on the spot when any violation occurs. Makes it easy to track the trucks in a efficient way. Their support staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They have helped my drivers whenever they needed assistance. Though the prices are certainly competitive, but they are totally worth the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe one of the worst eld in market. They're customer service is horrible. They have sent me an wrong eld and not wont take the return. They're over charging me. And when I call them to sort this issue they will put you on hold and then they hang up. Instead of calling back they like to text you. AND all these people from India giving customer service have an attitude i had experience this twice. Guy name abdullah and shubham. These are the people I recently spoke to and they are the worst. I can go on forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are using Hutch from last 3 years and their customer service is one of the best in trucking line. Start using Hutch trailer tracking and reefer temp. monitoring from Feb 2021 and already saved 1 reefer load .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely relentless in their sales approach. I have fielded numerous phone calls over the last few months from sales associates and have politely turned down every opportunity. I just finished signing up with another provider and am locked into a 3 year term. This has been explained to them multiple times. I have asked to be taken off the call list, I spoke to a manager last week about how annoyed I am getting and have now begged to stop being contacted. I thought I had heard the last from Hutch Systems but then again today, like clock work the phone rings and it's a sales associated from Hutch "wanting to follow up on our phone conversation from last week" I do not know how to be any clearer that I am not interested in this service. I truly hope that someone who has the ability or authority to take me off their call list reads this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service and support from the team of experts at Hutch really made the transition to E-Logs a lot easier than we were expecting. The driver training they offer in different languages is really useful for a company that has a diverse group of drivers such as ours. Rajat was always just a phone call away and happy to workout issues that came up in the early stages of the transition and continues checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. A pleasure of a company and group of people to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is relentless on their sales approach. I echo many others who have left reviews. We have requested multiple times that they not call us anymore. At first we politely advised that we signed a 5 yr term with another ELD provider and if they wanted to reach out in 3-4 yrs than that would be fine. We will no longer EVER due business with this company. They call us almost weekly and have for close to a year.
