Rented a boat for a couple days on short notice. And what a boat! 2021 Campion Top of the line. Not the usual beat up boat you get from other marinas. Customer service was outstanding and helpful and the attendants at the dock were super thorough helpful and most importantly ready for our arrival and return so no time wasted. I will definitely be back next year ... if not sooner.

Responsive and good to work with. Our rental was upgraded to a 20 ft bowrider from an 18 ft for the same price. We've rented from HM twice now and found their prices fair and they worked hard to accommodate our special requests.

Had a fishing boat for three days and it was great! Emily was very nice and helpful! She let me know about some interesting sites both towards Huntsville and Penn Lake and carefully went through the boat with me. Definitely recommend renting from here!

Outstanding Service from Taylor, Alyssa and Steve! Would give a million stars if I could. In August 2021 we were towing our boat to another marina for service, While en route our 30 year old trailer wheel bearing failed and started to smoke. We pulled over and it was obvious the wheel was about to fall off the trailer. Serendipitously enough, we were in front of Huntsville Marine! We asked if we could pull off and use their yard while we called the other marina, and they graciously provided a spot. While speaking with staff the service manager, Taylor came out to look at the "wobbly" wheeled trailer. He offered to repair it for us and send us on our way. We knew the trailer required other repairs and now with the damaged axle, we knew it was not economical repair. Huntsville marine offered to repair it, however with all the other repairs and rust, they too did not recommend a repair. Amazingly enough Allyssa was able to locate a trailer hat fit our boat and provided a very competitive price. Further in addition, they were able to diagnose the boat issue and had it repaired and winterized for us! We couldn't have broken down in a more perfect spot. We have told the story to many friends and will certainly be returning there for our future repairs and maintenance Thank-you to Taylor, Steve and Alyssa for your professional and customer focused service!

My wife and I purchased a non-current 2010 Crestline Kodiak 16 in 2011. They had it set up, tested and delivered within 4 days, just in time for a fishing trip in May. My boat is routinely the fastest 16 footer on the lake, and that's because my dealer took the time to water test and set it up right, as only a full-service marina can. The service department has also been beyond helpful with any issues that came up. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to get a full season in and use of all they had to offer me before reviewing. The sales staff are amazing: Alyssa in particular goes above and beyond. Alyssa took time out of a busy schedule at the 2020 Toronto Boat Show to meet use at the door with complimentary tickets and a mini tour. She also drove 1.5 hours to meet and pick up a GPS unit in April so our boat would be ready to go in May. The service staff are amazing: When our boat had problems the service manager drove 1 hour, one way after closing to fix the problem. They even performed a complimentary prop repair not covered under warranty as a result of our breakdown. With the Covid 19 restrictions they have outdone themselves with other service requests in a timely manner. When you see the volume of boats in for repair there are bound to be some ruffled feathers at things not getting completed when people want. As far as I can tell they did their best under trying times. Winter storage: At a competitive price they winterized and stored our boat. Great peace of mind. Slip rental: The first season we trailered our boat but with increasing mobility issues due to a rare neurological disease it was clear that we could no longer do this. Again in stepped Alyssa. Not only did she secure us with a much coveted slip for this summer she made it known to all that worked the yard that we need an unconventional parking spot. We just needed to pull in and if parking was unavailable they often moved boats and equipment (most times without asking) to accommodate my mobility issues. The dock attendants where amazing: We left our boat uncovered after a morning of boating. As we were returning that same afternoon to go out again the sky opened up with a down pore. Much to our surprise and appreciation the two dock hands got very wet tarping our boat as we showed up. I give them 5 stars for all they have and are doing for us. I could have deducted a star for Alyssa's suggestion that we trade my sleek sporty bow rider in for a pontoon boat if my mobility becomes an issue but I figure everyone is allowed at least one bad day. Looking forward to 2022 if I can.

What a terrific group of people! We found ourselves in a jam after our snowmobile trailer broke down right in front of this business. They quickly assessed and arranged for getting the parts we needed. And, allowed us to store our snowmobiles overnight while we took our trailer to be repaired. Truly good people. Thank you!

Only thing they stock are new motors for your boat, and they will have one ready to go right away so you spend thousands and they will take care of you. Good luck getting parts or even pick up.the phone. Called 2 times in 2 days left message and no returned calls. You would think the new owner would want to keep out of town customers happy with a good stock of parts. They did not even stock 1/4 inch fuel line.
