Not only were time frames completely off, but as a first time buyer was basically left to my own devices with their sales staff. Upon requesting documents the the mortgage broker required I got push back and an internal email that was meant not meant to cc me was sent directly to me with defamatory comments. The only good experience was their on site manager. The installers put the wrong tile in but Brendan was prompt to offer a fix of the mistake. I opted to keep the mixed up tiles. They would not let me back out of the deal despite feeling completely uncomfortable. I had to push to speak with their general manger. After which there was no offer to help recover my trust and confidence in the builder. Pretty atrocious experience. Buyer be ware. If you are a first time buyer such as myself DO NOT GO THROUGH THEIR SALES STAFF!!!! Can not stress this enough. Terrible company to deal with.

They provided adequate information and help me, as a first time home buyer settle in to my new home. I have now been in my home a year and have had no issues. The only challenge I have had since moving in was with the staining of the deck - the worker did not communicate all that well and we had to scramble to remove items from the deck, but it was completed and everything is great now. I would highly recommend working with Hunter Developments in the future and to any first time home buyers looking for an affordable option this is it. They provided me with many "upgrades" which were standard in their homes, included granite counter tops, hard wood floors, in suite full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances the list goes on. All of these items I thought I would have to pay extra for but came included in the price.
