It's a tenanted property, so I cannot have him there until the start of business hours: 9am earliest, and I tell him any time after 9am will do. He says nope, 8am only because that's when he starts his workday. He then asks me what is he supposed to do for an hour between 8am and 9am? Amazing. I should have suggested peel potatoes.
