★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental experience at location was great. Equipment was clean. Rental process was streamlined on the ground. The location and availability was ideal. Staff are efficient during rental process, informative, and appear well-trained and experienced.
It would have been 5 stars for the on-site service, but a 1-star for the behind the scenes organization for an average of 3 stars. The company was having issues with their booking system, so I emailed to get confirmation that my reservation still stands. There was no reply even though their voicemail said to approach via email. I tried calling multiple days, even on Saturday which is the day their updated website said that they would be fielding calls. I was on hold for 8 times starting from 10 am, all the way until it was time for me to leave for my reservation. Unable to reach any employees...and the line cuts off after a few minutes on hold each time. Please work on this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very nice and super helpful getting in and out of the river/kayaks. Not much parking so if you can, get there early or you’ll have to pay to park at the Old Mill Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lower Humber is an incredible place giving a totally different perspective on the city. Lush marshes, cliffs, trees, waterbirds including egrets and kingfishers. The staff were very helpful getting my kayak in and out of the water. Even for the beginners it would be a safe and enjoyable experience as the river has no current and is generally pretty shallow. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience kayaking on the Humber River. Waters were very calm and the weather was perfect. Only thing is to steer clear of some super shallow parts to avoid getting stuck, otherwise, a really beautiful journey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 regular canoes. It was a 2 hr rental and we went down till Lake Ontario. We were able to spot some geese, their babies and swans. Definitely recommend this.
