M	Madhuri Mohinder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited dental office in December 2019 and had worst experience ever. I usually don’t write reviews but this visit made me write one. The first time I was there they did Not take me for the full appointment because the receptionist was busy looking at my coverage and figure out how much can they collect from my insurance provider. There is no professionalism by the doctors and they messed up my payments. Charged me the full amount, I called my service provider the same time and I was told that it should be directly billed to service provider and have them reimburse me the whole amount. Today I called the receptionist to request my x-ray reports and provided her my email address she comments that it’s a very complicated email. Who talks like that. She also mentioned that we don’t provide reports only x-ray. In layman’s world it is a report I am not the one to work in dental office to know the technical terms. Worst service ever

B	Brenda Anthony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rabin has been my Dentist for 28 years.... I couldn't imagine actually changing Dentists. His office is nice, easily accessible. His staff have been with him a very long time, one since I have been going there, which means they are obviously treated well. They are also very accommodating with appointment requests and changes. Dr. Rabin himself has not changed a bit in 28 years to me. He is always kind and conscious of things that bother me and will adjust their procedures to accommodate me. I highly recommend this office to anyone

He along with his staff make the entire experience enjoyable (which is saying a lot since who likes going to the dentist am I right!?).The staff is incredibly friendly and professional and I can't say enough good things about them. They have never suggested services to me that I didn't need or want and all of the work I have had done has been perfect. The office is lovely and comfortable (with free parking/located near transit and across from a Tim's so...perfect). Now that my son goes there he gets to pick out of the treasure chest which he loves! I don't even live near them but to me they are and have always been worth the travel. I don't hesitate in the least to recommend them.

Dr. Rabin was professional and helped me out with my cavities. I returned to him again in 2018 for similar work, this time they were more focused on my income and benefits. All my Christmas bonus went to my teeth that year; 2020 is a new year and definitely not coming back here. Dr. Rabin is professional, but its sad to see they upcharge honest hard working individuals; as well as these insurance companies.

We have been patients of this clinic for more than 25 years. just arrived in Canada, we were lucky to meet Dr.Rabin and it is to him that we can boast a beautiful smile.
