Visited the res buildings with my girlfriend as she is a student and was moving into her room. The rooms are quite small but not so much that it becomes claustrophobic. The hallways are very inviting as every room has a corkboard next to their door where the resident may post anything about themselves. Each floor has a nice common area with chairs and couches and a television to relax with. Each floor has two bathrooms, all of them being cogender. Each shower has a door so that you may change clothes in privacy. Everything was quite clean and fresh. We did not eat at the cafeteria, but the food options looked very good. The laundry is quite cheap to use, and you may connect to it with WiFi to see when your load has finished washing. Overall very impressed with the building.

Some professors were nice some very rude. The worst part was 2 months students placement which was actually free work for companies that collaborate with Humber college. They get students working 2 month for free, no any payment, no job offered. this is exploitation of students just to get graduation certificate.

Clean, warm building. Staff are friendly but are very strict and ruthless about visitors entering the building. The staff attempted to lock me out of the building overnight this winter after I stepped out of the doors to pick up a pizza. Even though they were able to see me and the pickup took less than 30 seconds, i was not allowed to enter again because the person I was staying with had fallen asleep. If I did not have the number of a girl staying in a different building who was willing to come out and re-sign me in under her name, I would've been stuck outside in late November in a t-shirt and pajama pants at 3 am about 40km from my home and with no cash. I'm sure the staff have common sense but the guidelines restrict their ability to use it.

Great cheaper option for hotel accommodations over the summer. You get basic stuff, but the room is clean, it's close to transit, and the price is good. Staff are available around the clock, and security is great. There are traditionally summer students around, but they're housed in a different building/floor

Well organized student residence. It is quite expensive and the rooms are very small. Almost only a bit bigger than a large closet. There is good elevator system and a clean dining area. Overall, this place is very well maintained and the management is efficient in dealing with residence move in.

The room had two separate rooms with two separate beds, which was nice for privacy. The people were nice. However the first room they put us in wasn't cleaned and had dirty towels and sheets. The second room was clean, but one of the keys didn't work at first. The beds were rock hard and not comfortable at all. It took at least 40 minutes every day to get to downtown. Overall, it was definitely cheaper than any other hotel or place to stay, but it wasn't great.

Lived in residence for 3 years while I was in school. Honestly not a bad place to live, I always had triple or double rooms so I felt comfortable. Double/ triple rooms had a kitchen/living area, a bathroom, and then each person had their own separate room which were all decent sizes! Food in the cafeteria is good, they always change different meals up everyday so there’s more variety and hours are not too shabby either. Expensive but if you can afford it I would recommend doing this rather then trying to find housing as it’s right on campus and is not a bad place to live.

Student residence here is mediocre at best. Huge bug problem. The building is so old there's cracks along the windowsills, bug problem was so bad I had to get an exterminator. Stayed in a single room, very small. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms…. Not thoroughly cleaned enough, limescale on the shower heads, black flies everywhere . If you have early classes I don't recommend staying here or request to live on a quiet floor. People don't respect the quiet hours listed. Food here is not pleasant, they pretty much make the same food on repeat. I suggest getting food from gourmet express at the school. The food is made by culinary and baking students. The only good thing about living here was the convenience of being close to the school. Overall my experience here was very bad. I stayed here for one year and once was more than enough. I think Humber should make some serious changes to this place because the way they advertise it isn't accurate. Don't waste your time or your money!
