Very unique Simplified Issue Term 10 and Term 20 Life Insurance policy - up to $300,000 of coverage.. It can also be combined with Disability and Critical Illness Insurance. A very simple application process for brokers and consumers.

Last year contacted me for coverage at which time I was in Utah! Five months ago or so you call ask again I I form you I don't live in Utah! Still don't change anything. Four months ago starts 135.50 in cost out of my check. I call today trying to get to the bottom. And of course I'm to blame for them having me listed somewhere else even tho informed a 5 months ago at minimum again I don't live in Utah! So now in Vermont no coverage and paying that much to get blamed and hung up and now not answering me! B's and I'm contacting a lawyer asap!

I am really disappointed with this insurance. They sent me a postal mail that my pre-authorized payment did not go through in Feb and will cancel policy in May if I do not get back to them. I mail them immediately after contacting my credit card to confirm the payment just went fine and insurance company has in-fact received the payment. I attached the transaction document as well. No one replied me back for my email. Then I called them and one rep just confirmed that it looks like mistake on their part and pre-authorized payment will continue from next month. I waited one long month to see if March payment goes fine and no they did not deduct again. Now, I called them back to ask what happened and the new rep now tells my policy is cancelled. Seriously!!! I am so frustrated. How can you even cancel policy without mail or email even when it was your mistake. Highly do not recommend the policy.

Poor user experience - Not with the digital times. 1. online claims are pretty brutal. Form must be filled, line by line, per receipt. There should be a user account for the individual with all details already. 2. If an error happens or some rejection happens, you get a LETTER in the mail about the issue about 1 week later that just notes rejected and a vague explanation. Then I have to resubmit again, and if there is still an issue you get a mail 1 week later...Who the hell uses letters these days? no option to even receive e-mail. If the above does not bother you, the insurance coverage is fine, but other insurance companies have better digital tools.
