★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here very often for insurance. They even recommend you to private insurers if you are not completely satisfied with their coverage. Fast service, friendly staff and a nice new renovated building at a new location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me that i couldn't change my GVW rating for Service Truck. She told me to drive my uninsured Pick up and go get receipt from scales as proof for Gross weight lol.
Operated and owned Trucks for 12 years class 1 driver, first time i heard you couldn't change GVW rating ( I know you cant change your NET weight )
At the end Kristan got frustrated and made a racist remark to me about how long i resided in BC when conversation wasn't touching that subject.
Gross incompetence Insurance Broker not knowing a difference between NET weight and Gross Weight
Definitely wouldn't do insurance in that location due to incompetence of that employee.
Will be making a complaint to Fairness commissioner about a racist remark and incompetence of that employee.
