★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have phoned three times and been promised a call back now for 4 business days with no response. Insurance now overdue but can't renew without talking to an agent...very disappointing customer service.
Hope to update with more positive experience.
Got a call from an agent and everything settled later on day 4. Also a response to this review with an apology. Everyone hopes my next experience will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've called three times since September 1st to simply update my address. It's very difficult to visit the HUB office in person given business hours match those that I work. Three times I have been told that an agent will call me back. It is now September 13th and after phoning again today I was told in a derogatory and condescending manner that I should visit the office in person to get a better and speedier level of client care.
Terrible client service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent this to HUB on Ironwood 24 hrs ago and like 7 months ago they are still ignoring me.
"We have been using your company for many years now but am afraid that we appear to get better service elsewhere.
Just before the new year, after calling your office on ironwood that we normally dealt with, we were told to make a second call to your office in Willow Point as your office did no longer deal with us. We made the second call "as instructed" and got a lady who we asked for additional quotes for our house insurance. She told us she would call back and was very busy. So we waited, our deadline passed, we were therefore stuck with the old insurance. It is seven months later and we did not feel a THIRD contact would make any difference to your need to serve us.
I was today renewing two of our 6 vehicles and went to the competition, who actually appeared happy to see us, and took care of us and did not send us somewhere else to be ignored. I will start looking for further insurance elsewhere, please note that we will no longer be returning to your very busy office again."
Please do not go under the misconception that this company cares! IKn my opinion they don't.
PS I had to give them 1 star as the message would not post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a nightmare to deal with. unhelpful with our home insurance would be an understatement. Alissa Jamieson is the most useless agent i've ever dealt with in 15 years as a homeowner. i'll never use Hub again and share my experience with friends, family and colleagues.
