Not only very professional but the staff that were in the office we're all willing to stop what they were doing and pitch in to help solve some of the glitches that were occurring and to answer questions that typically don't come up. The office offers a third party private carrier for motorcycle and travel trailer called Echelon and I chose these providers after doing price comparison they were the best. But they were also the best and after the fact as I did have a serious accident which caused my motorcycle to be written off with injuries to myself. The adjuster that was assigned by the Echelon Insurance Company was extremely thorough was very fast on the scene and came back with options on my claim in a timely ,professional and caring manner. I would without a doubt highly recommend RHC Insurance Services in Cranbrook as well as the Echelon company If you happen to have a motorcycle or travel trailer. This is what good service is all about well done and thank you for your concern and for your assistance in my Bleak moments.

They sat with me for 2 hours while I tried to get the paper work I needed. They stepped in and spoke to my previous company to expedite the process. They were attentive, kind, very understanding and so helpful. Thank you for all of your hard work to get me the best discount I could get.
E	Eric Oeuff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT. I had the misfortune of dealing with this brokerage on May 3rd 2021. I had recently moved to BC from Alberta and needed to register/insure my vehicle. The original broker I was dealing with was unsure if I qualified for PST exemption on my vehicle and asked for clarification from the manager on duty. The manager told my broker that if you have owned the vehicle for less than a year, you must pay PST when moving to BC. This is entirely false. The actual length of ownership is 30 days. A MASSIVE difference. It’s shocking that a manager of an insurance brokerage would be so misinformed when it comes to basic policies. If she has been spreading this misinformation to her employees, how many others have been charged unnecessarily for PST and not realized? After calling them to raise my concerns, they immediately admitted to their error. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do about refunding the PST and I would have to fill out an application, attach multiple receipts and documents, send them to the ministry of finance, and hope that they would refund it. This was, again, misinformation from the manager. I called the ministry of finance immediately after finding this out, explained exactly what had happened, and was told that since it was within 180 days of the error, the PST refund should be returned directly from the collector, NOT the ministry of finance. I am now out almost $1000, hours of work have been lost with no resolution in sight. Avoid RHC insurance/HUB international at all costs. There are SO many better options in extremely close proximity.
