Inpatient & unfriendly staff. This is our second bad experience with this insurance. First experience is forgivable... second time...I don't think so. I will do my business somewhere else.

While I was in the shop doing car insurance a lady probably 30 came in and said she didn’t have a mask the lady working the counter got another lady and they served the customer that was not wearing a mask even though there is a mandate to war a mask in a public place, looks like hub doesn’t care about the health and safety of staff, customers or community

This office under the new name, is horrible. Procedure changes have made this broker useless. They don't send out policies for review anymore, which they never sent notice for. One policy was missed, no notification of a late payment. I ask to review policy and staff member says I have to do that myself?!? online now?!?! She states"You still owe us money for another policy." Then proceeds to print it off the other policy anyway, um what?!? Thought you couldn't do that?!? wanting to pay my policies as I always did before, she states, "You can't do that anymore" Isn't this a broker, aren't you suppose to do all these services for me??? Needless to say I went home, called the actual Insurance companies, who then helped me to make payments directly to them. What is the point of this office when I can deal with the insurance companies direct. The one star was for making an effort to actually print the policy, otherwise it would be 0

Please tell me how you allow a young girl from out of province to leave your office grossly under insured on a bank financed brand new vehicle! Unacceptable!!!!!!!

Jenna was very efficient and I could avoid waiting in line because Jenna and I arranged for all the paperwork to be done in advance. When I've had to do a walk-in it was a very different story. It took me over 1 hour to simply renew a policy. A total waste of time, especially since when I got home I noticed it was dated incorrectly, and had to go back and do it all over again! Two and a half hours to simply pay for a renewal!

Made a phone call to price out insurance, find out if I owed anything & how much everything would cost all said & done. The lady on the phone was very polite,well spoken,answered all of my questions & gave me a quote which is exactly what I wanted. I deal with this company when it comes time for Renewal, even through the beginning of CoVid & they were very professional,did what needed to be done & at as little inconvenience to me as possible! All I had to do was e-sign,e-transfer & go pick up my package waiting for me at the front which they brought right to the door to me!?GREAT JOB!!?
