★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workman arrived, did his job and cleaned up. He is very professional and excellent at his jobs. The follow-up has explained well and the maintenance of the sump pumps and the details about the warranties. I had HTR Basements do work for me when I was in the military and was pleased with their work and was more than happy to have them do work for me now I would highly recommend them to anyone✌️

After completing some research we decided to hire HTR Basements(to create 2 bedrooms, a 3 piece bathroom, bar, living space and storage area. We were very impressed with the information, choices , advice, the scheduling, communications and most importantly the quality of work and the finished product. The whole process went smoothly. The project took about 3 weeks and was completed on budget. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend HTR

The crew from HTR Basements is amazing! He is professional and very nice people.
He promised the work would be finished in three weeks and he kept the promise.

From initial contact with the sales rep to project completion, our overall impression is of amazement. The workman who came was great. The basement got completed by 2 weeks to the dot without sacrificing quality. The 2 week time frame with him was done the work excellently. blows my mind. Great job HTR Basement!

He walked us through the quote process and actively made suggestions on the design, which really made it easy to choose HTR over other contractors we spoke to. Once the design was set, Alex and his team got right to work on the project. We were provided with a job timeline that was clear and easy to follow. Each trade came to work as scheduled and were always respectful of our space in the house. At each step we were very pleased with the quality of the work and are very happy with the finished product of our basement. Best of all, there were no surprises in the budget and the team delivered on all their promises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement.
