★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend: As a busy Property Manager I don't have time (nor energy) to worry about wether or not the property has been looked after or not - especially during the winter months! I hired Green Side Up three years ago, they provide year round property maintenance on a large and complicated property, and I have never had any issues dealing with front line staff or management.
I receive email notifications each and every time they're on the property. My requests are promptly actioned - always! Management is passionate about improvement and when Jay asks for my feedback the only suggestion I have to is "to serve a bigger area so I have less headaches dealing with less dependable organizations ? "

Jay and his staff go the extra mile to make sure all our needs are met. All of his crews are polite and responsible. We haven’t had a problem yet and Jay keeps in touch to keep it that way.
