Lynn is extremely knowledgeable & taught me so much in the 25 minutes I was there. I’ve gotten Brazilians in the past and every single time I left with pain and itching that lasted a week because my skin was torn off. Until coming here, I genuinely thought that all the negative things I experienced with Brazilians was normal. Lynn made me feel really comfortable during the entire appointment & was an absolute professional. So glad I decided to take a chance & book an appointment at HQ Wax Bar because I don’t think I’ll be able to trust anyone else anymore!

I don't normally write reviews but her customer service skills are just not there at all and I usually don't nitpick about that kinda stuff but the way she handled me being 3-5 mins late for my appointment was disrespectful and uncalled for. She hung up on me mid sentence as I was apologizing profusely for being a few mins late. You run a buisness, that's not how you handle paying customers. I'll be taking my money elsewhere that's for sure. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is the most painless wax I have ever had and I always recommend HQ Wax Bar to all of my friends and family. Lynn is very professional and has a ton of knowledge about waxing and after care. Easy conversations and she makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter her business. Thank you!

She will claim waxing is not pain free, and yet will walk you through a painless wax session. Lynn always advocates to you FOR you. She will tell you if you're whats the best package you should take depending on your needs even if the package you originally chose is more expensive than what she's recommending. Lynn does not make you feel discriminated again and works with you to get your waxing goals met. She is very professional and funny, and will keep you entertained with hilarious anecdotes that will have you forgetting that you are even getting waxed. I will blindly recommend Lynn's services to anyone, even if you've got thick, coarse hair or fine and scarce hairs.
