★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric the owner is amazing at what he does. I've known Eric when he worked at another Pawn shop in the West end of Ottawa, and I know from the honesty of that shop, and Eric's personality you could not ask for a better deal.
Eric is honest and will always be helpful in whatever way he can. The store is amazingly clean and items are guaranteed.
If your looking at a pawn shop that can help you Howard's on Ogilvie Road is the place to go.

My husband and I went in and met Eric who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Beyond fair and honest from our experience today. We will not be going to any other place going forward. Thank you again Eric for the friendly and awesome service. You've made customers for life! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for fair deals and 5 star customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with them so far, ended up buying an old Xbox that didn't work when I got it plugged in at home. Brought it back and they gave me a refund right away and took the item back no issues at all. I've been visiting a lot since that day looking for good deals and finding interesting things to buy.
Really sucks about the pandemic though, hopefully it doesn't screw over the business too much.
