★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is your one stop shop for any type of trophy or prize you may want for your special event. There are a TON...repeat...a TON of trophies to choose from. Everything from a simple cup to the higher end crystal designs with the etching for your corporate functions. They even have a ton of keychains, banners.....there is no award or collectable that you cant get personalized.
I dealt with Jackie who helped me with the daunting task of narrowing my many, many choices down to the perfect trophy for our Domino tournament. I called on a Wednesday and needed the trophy for the upcoming Saturday. Thought I was cutting it close....that is until she emailed me on Thursday to say it was ready!!! Thats right - I got it the NEXT DAY and the trophy was a big hit for our tourney because everyone wanted to win it!!! Thanks for your great service Jackie - you were a pleasure to deal with and I'll be seeing you again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is super efficient even during the lock down they were very helpful offering up a lot of options when I had vague requirements and would mockup what each would look like and send pictures. End to end great process and final product came out really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. In fact it was the complete opposite. The owner made me feel like I was responsible for the plague. The order was not ready on time. The wording on the plaque was not what I specified. Would strongly not reccomend despite the wide selection
