★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Park conveniently located off of Highway 1, Hougen Park is a family friendly park perfect for picnics, recreational fishing (canal) and there is a large field with a baseball diamond.
The park has plenty of parking, and it has several picnic tabes as well as a sheltered area with tables as well.
Host a birthday party here, come fishing, or bring out the family for a day of barbaqueing at Hoegen Park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful little park on the Sumas river. Even when it's busy this time of the year, it's still nice and quiet. As you can tell from the picture, very serene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little park just off the highway. Visited in April and it was so nice and green for the beginning of Spring. The creek didn't look very clean but the park was nice and there is a trail just south of it that goes for a couple km maybe. Also the Cole Road rest area just north of it towards the highway. There was some litter along the treeline and the roadway but can't hold that against the park.
