★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tough one to rate because I suspect it is a tough business to be in, therefore I have empathy for the business model... but just beware as a customer, that's all. It is not cheap to rent an RV (that's fair, I suppose, customer's choice)... but if you're paying that much and something isn't working during your trip, I would expect someone to return my email to acknowledge or troubleshoot. The stereo interface on the 20' Adventurer I'd rented was a cheap after-market product. It wouldn't keep time (the clock showed a different time each time I turned the vehicle on, even after I tried setting it), it wouldn't store radio station pre-sets, and the bluetooth connection didn't work so I couldn't make or receive phone calls or listen to my music while driving. In 2 weeks of my rental, my email to the representative who set up the rental received no reply. When I let them know about the issue upon returning the RV, they said that bluetooth is not part of the RV experience. Renting an RV is super fun which is why my rating isn't lower... but I'd rent from a different place next time based on their lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at the news after the flodding and seeing all those brand new RV burned to the ground is quite sad? That's a big loss of money, plus its looking like the building burned too.. i hope you have good insurance guys, good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This firm is very organized—they have a centralized reservation desk, and the local office contacts you a few days before pick up to set a time for the RV pick up and walk through. They have a very fair change and cancellation policy that made my life easier. Thanks folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a B Class van last November for May and June and were assured we would get a bed that sleeps North South but when we got there we found out they sold those and we had to sleep across. Despite that the deal was good and the help at the location was great. They need better communication between there online rentals and their inventory management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the centre were very uplifting and helpful. The customer service was also exceedingly great. They wrapped up the info about the RV and how to work it in less than 10 minutes. Returning the rental was also very convenient. Gave us a discount for the extra kilometers we used. No problems with the RV either.

From calling to get rates and reserving a 24’RV driving it to Edmonton and returning it 10 days later, the service, the RV, were excellent and going above and beyond the call of duty! RV was in top notch condition, the customer service was exceptional! I can’t say enough about how wonderful and positive our experience was! Will definitely be going back to rent again or even buy one from there! Thank you ? Lucas and everyone else who helped us from this location. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind! Excellent pricing compared to others in the area.

Well arranged service contact via Canadian SIM to the colleagues and in time response via SMS along canada.
Luggage storage was very helpful.
Straight Pick Up and Shuttle Service, especially Costumer Care Management lead by Darrin, 5 Star Shuttle Service back into Vancouver City like presidential feeling ?
Only room for improvement should be briefing at handing over regarding „winterizing“.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hire a RV! We hired one there for two weeks it was a perfect RV. The service is also very good. And a lot of the staff talk some Dutch that makes it easy for us. And they have good coffee when you must wait.
