โ โ โ โ โ Passion fruit green tea is the bomb! They add this incredible fruit mix that has kumquat and passion fruit that really elevates the tea. I keep coming back for it again and again.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered 2 drinks tonight and it took 2 staff 15 minutes to make it. I ordered an Ice Cream Black Tea with topping, but the cashier printed a label for Ice Cream Oolong Tea. After the drink was made, the cashier noticed the mistake and took my drink to the back kitchen to do something. After I got my drink, I asked if this is black tea and the cashier said yes, but upon first taste I can still taste a feint oolong texture. Clearly, they decided not to remake my drink and instead just dumped the oolong tea out and added black tea inside, which resulted in a weird tea flavor. The staff attitude is okay, but their business practice and ethics really needs additional training.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a regular milk tea with oat milk and another roasted milk tea with coffee jelly. Both tasted quite off. There was no trace of tea taste in either of the drinks. Not sure what kind of milk they use but it really affected the end product. With so many other bbt shops in Richmond, I would not recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered milk tea with boba and I was barely getting any boba in my drink. When I ripped the top I saw that they were all clumped!! Terrible!

โ โ โ โ โ Not edible. Look closely at photo. This was peach yakult black tea and given to me like this. Upon a closer look at home , I noticed the bottom was not fruit but diarrhea looking separated chunks . I did try one sip to see if I can drink the top but had to spit it out. I want a refund but not worth the gas to drive back...

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered few drinks and 4 topping grass jelly form Uber Eat. I requested without milk and ice for the grass jelly but it came with both ice and milk. Also with 3 topping only. Is it suppose to have grass jelly and 4 topping in one bowl?
The pear slush was 70% melted. Its just like pear tea.
Very disappointed. I will never order it again.

โ โ โ โ โ Not the best spot; we were here by convenience and hoping for the best, but it did not work in our favor. For $8 a drink, you'd expect something spectacular and delicious... But, we didn't experience any of that. The service was questionable, as the guy that was originally taking our order felt that a phone call on his cel was more important and left us on the spot for someone else to finish our order...if the drinks were amazing, I'd forget about the poor customer service; I didn't even finish my drink so we won't be back.

โ โ โ โ โ First time here. Canโt say about anything else but their shaved ice was not great. Shave ice was more like crushed ice. The taro balls and grass jelly were pretty standard. Unfortunately the pudding tasted pretty artificial. Maybe their bubble teas are better?
