★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay. Breakfast was great, pool was small but good for kiddos. Only comment is the bathroom was extremely small in our room with the sink near the enterance door in the bedroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appearance of the hotel is fantastic. The interaction with the front desk was amazing, and that is about all that was amazing about this place.
The room, the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor, the duvet was like a sheet and provided little comfort as you froze. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on or attempt to sleep on. The bathroom was like a small closet with only a shower and a toilet; you barely had enough room to close the door. After a long day of travelling, we barely slept all night because the bed was so uncomfortable. We booked here because of the high ratings, the photos looked really nice and we thought this would be a nice, comfortable hotel. We were sadly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the worst room you could ever asked for. The worst when you wanted to take a nap after a long drive but have to wait till the swimming pool will be closed because of the noise. It’s literally having a public pool in your room…. 9 am sharp we were woken by the noises in the pool! Make sure you don’t get the rooms facing the pool if you ever had to stay in here. For the price they charged it was a total ripoff! The management should provide a discount if they put people in such an a terrible rooms. Would definitely recommend anyone to skip this hotel at any cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Jade was at the front desk and she was phenomenal. She took customer service to the next level. The food at the restaurant was beyond expectations. We had the grilled chicken in wine sauce, highly recommend this. Finally, the room, fabulous, It was super clean with a huge shower. We will definitely be coming back here when we travel. To the staff at this hotel, Thank you very much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a night and have to say how GREAT our experience was. Restaurant was superb. We had dinner and breakfast. Staff everywhere were great. Room was very clean. No carpets… a plus!
Shower, products great. And the Christmas decorations are worth seeing. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel but the bed is so beyond uncomfortable it’s mind blowing. Feels like you are sleeping on a wooden board. I don’t know how my husband and I will get any sleep tonight. We even tried the pull out couch in the room that’s how bad it is. Don’t recommend.
