★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price we paid for the rooms was really good. They only charged a very small fee for us to go from 2 people in a room to 3. The hotel room was in decent shape. The door to the room didn't close very well and we could hear the kids in the rooms next door when they where loud. The bathtub was very deep. the rooms can use some minor renos.
Breakfast was basic but nothing to really complain about. The Staff where excellent and provided very good service. Over all a good stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing overly fancy, but still a very good bang for your buck if you are visiting Granby Zoo. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice. Service was very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in entering our room we were content with the look and tidiness. Then we started walking around and noticed a few things. The room was not cleaned. The surface and handles of furniture had gunk on it. The steel door handle has soooo many finger prints on it. The shower had a soap that was left from the person before is. Shower floor had dirty dark spots. Not coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is disgusting! In my room I found someone elses hair, shoes, chips, garbage and pills In MY room! The bedsheets had stains on them and it looked like pee! I am very disappointed It has an amazing view but overall this hotel sucks! I can’t even bring myself to eat their breakfast with everything I saw on the first night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous staff, made our stay very comfortable. They made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed our in room jacuzzi, as well as the hot tub in the pool area which overlooks the mountain and all the fall colours. They were gracious enough to let me change my reservation last minute even though it had passed the time that you could do that.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I appreciated all their hard work for breakfast.,(having to work front desk as well as serving breakfast!) .. And we loved having our own private patio.
Would stay again. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to cancel because our children tested positive for COVID. We asked for a refund and were asked for proof of positive test, which we sent. After receiving the cancellation notice and being charged the total on our credit card, we tried to reach a supervisor several times. After two weeks, an employee laughed in our face confirming that no supervisor wants to talk to us. Terrible customer service! Really disappointed for Bromont... I do not recommend this place which lacks consideration for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use this place regularly about 2 or 3 times month in winter to stay overnight for 1 night for our 2 days of skiing. It is good value for the dollar. If you demand a 5 star hotel there is one in town for 4 5 times the price.we are satisfied and keep coming back.
