We used to like GoDaddy but we lost our trust with them when we realised that more often than not, "fixing issues" equated to upselling and we were just being robbed blind. Not only do HostUpon help us out without upselling us, they will tell us we don't need to pay a fee if there's a different way to do it. I massively appreciate that and it builds trust. They're super helpful and are prepared to talk you through things step by step patiently and I always manage to achieve what I need to and feel a little bit more empowered each time! Big thanks to Luke today for his help.
