β β β β β Dealing with Cloudwifi has been nothing less than stellar. The customer support is responsive and helpful. They do not assume you know nothing and accompany you through all the steps required if any problem arises. If you set-up an appointment for one of their technician to come for an installation no more 10h-16h. They give you a time and they will be there within 10min of their schedule time. Would recommend to everyone.

β β β β β I had signed up with Rogers for the gigabit internet for $53 promo, I payed $106 for my first month(yay hidden fees!), then Rogers was going to charge me $179 for the second month. I was on hold for 3+hrs and was told the bill was exactly right. LOL
Found out Cloudwifi was in my building, called them up and set up an appointment the next day. Just got CloudWifi installed in my unit, super nice technician, very helpful customer support. Blazing fast speed. The speed is exactly promised, no more "1gb internet, and you only get 100mb speed" BS from Rogers. and the price is excellent! Not only do you get exactly what is advertised, but as a bonus, you don't get screwed over at the end of the month when you bill comes. Amazing customer service. I have been with so many different service providers over the years, and this is the easiest and most hassle free service provider I have ever dealt with.
Seriously , if you can, get off Rogers/Bell/etc and sign up with CloudWifi, your credit card and future self will thank you.

β β β β β The level of service, expertise and professionalism was outstanding. It does not get any better. I asked the technician installing my internet his name (Nav) and if there was anything I could do to express my satisfaction. I hope this review encourages anyone reading it to switch / sign up with Cloud WiFi. The speed is fantastic as promised. Nav answered all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner. He installed the router I bought for me. He patiently tested the connection wirelessly and through Ethernet connection on the multiple devices I had. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and the product. The download / upload speed is exceptional. Thank you for all of your help today Nav. It is greatly appreciated.

β β β β β We joined in January 2020 and are very happy. cloudwifi offers my condo 100/100 service at a lower price than even teksavvy's 35/5 service; and I heard good reviews from other residents. The network is always as fast as advertised; and it's stable for the most part. Since January we've had a few brief interruptions that resolve themselves in a few minutes. We haven't needed any support from cloudwifi until this week- when there was a weather-related hardware failure on their end (4 hours downtime). That is a pretty good record for 11 months through a pandemic and working from home! Support was via text messages. They replied to my initial text within half an hour, and they texted the next morning to be sure we had reconnected the night before when service was restored.

β β β β β Absolutely the best Internet service provider experience I have ever had. This is coming from long time home office based tech exec who had one of the original Rogers cable High Speed Internet services in Waterloo, ON. Excellent bandwidth speeds and choice, great customer service and installation was a breeze. Most importantly, a WAY better monthly price for high speed Internet than the big Blue and big Red conglomerates in Canada. Michael C.

β β β β β Best internet service I ever had, they are very responsive, very helpful and support is always fast. Internet is always steady and reliable, specially with this one year working from home, I have never had a problem with speed. there has been one or two instances of outage for a few hours (even less) but they have been very reliable in answering customer and fast in resolving the issue. 100% recommend them.

β β β β β The Cloudwifi has the best tech support ever, very quick response and resolution to any issue. Because I am only at my location 10 months of the year it is very easy to do a temporary cancel then reinstate when I need it.

β β β β β Absolutely the best internet service I've ever had - real-life speeds higher than advertised (500/500 Mbps plan), costs less than rogers/bell promos, and rock-solid reliability. We were one of the first customers in the Kaufman Lofts when Cloudwifi came to the building. Their team was super responsive & helpful to get everything going in days.
100% would recommend to everyone. Huge thanks to Gary and the awesome team at Cloudwifi!
