★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horton Tree farms grow high quality trees to the public for Christmas ?. I've bought trees there every Christmas ? and have never been let down. The staff are knowledgeable. You pick your own tree and cut it down. For an experience that fits right into the festive part of the Christmas season, check out Hortons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s good to go just one year for the experience but every year the prices go up and the tree selection gets lower, you may as well spend that money on something else. 90% of the trees are over 9’ The ones that are 7-8’ are half dead and they charge you anywhere between $90-130 for them. I used to love this farm but unfortunately with covid/inflation it’s just not worth the money or the experience anymore. If you don’t mind spending $90+ on a tree that is half dead and will maybe last you 4ish weeks before the needles start to fully fall off than go for it. Also the ground gets quite muddy if there is no snow and there was no tractor in sight so you’ll have to carry the tree or else it will be covered in mud.
