★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + 1/2 STAR staffed by very caring people in trying times - this is one of the better shelters in the city center of vancouver - staffed 24 hrs a day by people dedicated to help individuals find their way out of addiction and back to mainstream society - or just help people stalled and needing to regain a foothold in this life from events like a fire in their building or other natural events - some people just need the place due to low or loss of income -
