★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai parlé à une dame prénommée Nicole qui m'a donné d'excellentes informations et qui m'a accueilli comme un client de longue date malgré que je n'étais pas un client chez elle. J'aurais le goût d'avoir un animal de compagnie juste pour faire affaire avec cet établissement. ☺️
I spoke to a lady named Nicole who gave me great information and welcomed me as a longtime customer despite not being a customer at her place. I would like to have a pet just to do business with this establishment. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It take 2.5 hours to drive there and back..Last time took 3 hours from the time I arrived to get back in my car..My husband went to pay and the blonde employee made him wait standing 40 extra minutes to pay the bill and recieve a bottle meds.It ended up in an arguement and we missed Mondou for special dog food..Had to go to Terrebonne to find a Chico open.I left home at 1.30 and got home at 8 pm .few days later Boss calls me and chews me out which he got right back..I adore our vet but will not be going back.I have been going there for over 7 yrs and spend roughly 1800 a year to be treated like that in Covid..It is not right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come all the way from Laval for their services. I think that alone says a lot. Their prices are much more reasonable and the first thing they do when you enter the consultation room is make you feel like they genuinely care about your animal. I wouldn't trust any other hospital with my dogs! ??
