★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are having some issues with our Strata Council and Building Management – reached out to a couple of lawyers and most of them didn’t respond. Reached out to Hoogbruin & Company and immediately spoke to Joel Walsoff, I gave him a gist of our issues and he scheduled a consultation right away. He requested a summary of what was happening (which was about 3 pages long) via email. During our phone consultation Joel, we could tell that he had thoroughly prepared and had knowledge of relevant case law and what our next steps should be, and had taken the time to review the summary we had provided him. He was patient and answered the plethora of questions we had; he even sent a follow up email with resources and some precedents. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, patient legal counsel look no further.
