I have to say that I am a very anxious/demanding client; however, they always answered my questions (especially Marilene) and concerns, and were very transparent and knowledgeable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I red the reviews and I chose this company for study permit. After signing the agreement I was not satisfied of their service. My agent was not available to talk or call. I had to write email for any little question or information and the next day she answered me. If she called me we could share all information or questions. It took one month to submit application after sending all documents. Because of this delay I deferred the program to next semester.
My case was refused and they never follow up to help me for preparing the reconsideration letter and try to help for reapply to study permit. I paid more than 2000 $ for nothing. I asked them for submission letter in order to prepare the reconsideration letter but they did not send me it. The letter for my behalf they wrote and they charged me 600$!!!. I asked to immigration Canada to give me this letter. It will take 2 months. In this case I lost my semester too and I have to defer my program again. I have to know what did they wrote in submission letter. Then I can prepare the reconsideration letter.
