β β β β β This place is absolutely amazing! Best Chinese food in southern Alberta, literally. I always order here! Iβve ordered Chinese from every other location in Taber when Hong Kong is closed and I always hate it because itβs so disappointing compared to Hong Kong. 100/10

β β β β β Was very clean inside and friendly, however the food was terrible. We ordered seaseme seed chicken, ginger beef and chicken fried rice, the chicken was crispy on the outside and mushy on the the inside. The ginger beef was burnt on the outside way too much sauce on each and the rice was terrible. First time eating here and will be our last.

β β β β β We stopped in for lunch and had the all-you-can-eat smorg. It wasnβt really anything specialβ¦the food was bland. We did not go back for more. The price is pretty expensive for the food that we had. It WAS good here years ago

β β β β β We were in for supper on Saturday. The food is always very good. We noticed the price went up and the quantity went down. The price uppage is understandable but don't cut the portions down you will only loose more business. We will be eating there much less then we do now just for that reason.

β β β β β We go to Taber from Lethbridge just for the food at Hong Kong Restaurant. The smoky flavour of the wok in their dishes adds flavour that is missing from a lot of western Chinese food. We always get additional dishes to take home with us. We've been eating there for over 10 years and we've never had a dish that wasn't made with fresh ingredients. I can taste the attentiveness in their food and their food is fresh and flavourful. *Full disclosure, we always order from the menu so I can not speak to the buffet.

β β β β β I saw they recently re opened the buffet so I thought I would stop and try it. It didn't disappoint me. There was plenty of food and it treys were refilled often to keep the food fresh. The sweet and sour pork was my favorite. They had a very nice selection of desserts. The lemon squares were also really good.
