★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the hotel room very clean and tidy. The hotel staff was also quite welcoming. If you pick a east facing room on higher floors, there would be a nice view of airplanes taking off near the end of the runway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a full service of room clean on the second day as I extended our stay for another night to accommodate my cousin and her family who came from red deer. We stripped the bed removed garbage and tidying the room a little bit so it will be easy for the cleaning lady and even leave a tip. When we came back, nobody clean and make the bed. Dirty sheets and towels was still by the bathroom floor. I pay for another night only to find out that we are going to make our own bed. I say, there must be a poor communication between frontdesk and housekeeping department on that day. So disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great place for a family stay. The breakfast wasn't as good as we are accustomed to having when staying at a nicer hotel, but overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience staying here for two nights. Staff was very friendly and cooperative, specially the guy at reception name Adnan. Breakfast was awesome, our suit was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here, I will love to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the whole experience. Although we had booked the Hampton, we were asked to move to Homewood (which we have stayed at in the past and loved it). That probably is the only sour note in an otherwise great break from the rut. The staff is very personable and the food is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, all Hilton properties in calgary are wonderful but this team truly went above and beyond for me and my family. Friendly front desk staff that always great you with a smile June, Tracy and Kari are all wonderful! A special shout-out to Theo in maintenance who came to help us when my mom fell, everyone was willing to help and made sure to ask us who she was the next day, and I really appreciated it. Breakfast was wonderful, loved their attention to Covid protocols me and my family felt super safe and everyone in the breakfast room was eager to help and amazing. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we will be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is wonderful to stay at. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has great options. The pool was a hit with our daughter. This was our second time staying here and we will be staying there next time as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Exceptionally clean. Room spacious. Pool & jacuzzi were great. Nice workout room. Customer attentiveness was excellent; especially the front desk. Short one night stay, but best hotel experience I¿ve had in a while. Negative: My only slight issue was the sheets caused a bit of a rash for me (I use sensitive laundry products at home); but I assume they are having to use strong wash sanitizers so small price to pay to know my sheets are Covid-free.
