★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was actually quite effective in my life. I was diagnosed with depression due to the treatment I was experiencing at my workplace. When I lost it one day, punched a door, broke my fingers and ended up in the hospital, my employer provided 4 mandatory sessions of counseling through my short term benefit program.
This one kind counselor showed me how much stress and anxiety I was taking on at my work, and prompted me to make better choices for myself by simply quitting my job of 12 years..
This was 2 years ago.. and I am so much happier and so much better off in my life than I ever could have possibly imagined.
