We had exterior work done with Dave and his team. From the first meeting and throughout the process Dave was very professional and always available to answer any questions we had! The teams were diehards sometimes working in very cold conditions but the work was exemplary and am very happy with all the work they did from new windows, siding and doors.. Thanks to all and thanks Dave for our new home on the block!!

Recently, my husband and I hired Dave and Co. to renovate our 15 year old home. From our first meeting, we were immediately put at ease. Dave was knowledgable, professional and prepared to discuss all of our wants for this renovation. He took the time to properly walk-through our home, and helped us really think of realistic options for upgrading. He was prompt with providing us a written quote for the job, and gave us no pressure when it came to deciding whether we were going to proceed with the work. Once we made our decision, the biggest comfort for us was having a signed contract for the work that detailed everything, in specific, that was included in the price we were paying. Made us feel protected, which we really appreciated. From that point on, things moved quickly! The team had our project underway as fast as possible. Dave was prompt about setting us up with vendors for picking out stuff for our place (carpet, tile, paint, etc.). Every trade we dealt with were great, and helped us select our products with care. The quality was amazing too! Throughout the renovation we had Marvin and Allen at the house, and they were both so meticulous. We lived in our home throughout the renovation (a challenge in any situation), but they made it as pleasant as possible. They took care of our home, even when it was a demolition scene. And the care they took in doing their work--we will appreciate for years to come. I felt the entire process was so collaborative, with not only Dave but the eye of Allen and Marvin, too. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the quality of work. We are loving our renovation every day--they breathed new life into our home. If you hire this team, you're in the best hands. They made a stressful renovation as calm and organized as possible. And the results of the work are just beyond expectation.

Dave and I had been friends for quite a while and I was aware that he owned and ran building and renovation company. I can say that after Dave and his team finished our kitchen and bathroom renovations we're still friends lol. But truthfully Dave lived up to his reputation as the job was completed to beyond expectations. The finished product was greatly appreciated by my wife and myself and met and surpassed my expectations. His team was very professional and the outcome reflected that. This was our first time working with a contracting company and it has been an amazing experience! It was also fantastic that they would update you regarding the progress of the project, when they would be returning to your home and they took pride in treating your home like their own.
