PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. This company has no experience in how to deal within the real estate industry. My family and I are still suffering from our purchase back in August 2017 when we first decided to buy a house form Farheen Naz. She insisted we buy a house and not rent because we have a big family of 6 people and owning a property would make more sense. Afterwards, Farheen consistently lied to us by getting us involved in fraudulent activities without our knowledge until the very end. We lost our rental place 3 times and NOT ONCE did Farheen try to help us to find one. We were very lucky to find a place to live at the very last minute. She kept telling us the deal will go through even past the final date which increased our penalty fees. We are now involved in a lawsuit for 2 years. Farheen did not pay us a cent back. Please stay far away from Farheen Naz.

i hate the services are providing. we found the house our self and just wanted to do lease on that the agent advising the owner to find another tenant who can pay more for the house so he get more commission. when we went there to add a person on a lease suggesting us to give every month 350$ more to householder and in the end when we change the person name in the lease he didn't tell us any fees and after make change in the lease the person tell us to give 100$ charges. very greedy agents.

The most terrible people I have ever met in my life! Please stay away to these people..Never ever go to DEWAN HAQUE!!! He is the most irresponsible, terrible real state agent I ever met in my life..He left the country knowing I have no mortgage a week before my closing date never ask any of his colleagues to assist me while he was away while requesting for the extension of my closing date..I was in distress, stress, knowing that he is away and no support from any of his company.. I did my closing on my own without any of his help at all..he was away for a month, and came back after a week I did my closing( imagine)..still getting his full 100% commissions.. I was asking for any considerations and compensation of what he did..even a single penny no help! Have to come up with huge extra expenses for my extension..my sons lost the daycare, paying extra for my stay in my unit, absences for process of documents because I have no agent..imagine the terrible, traumatic expenrience that I had with them..They should not be operating..again beware of DEWAN HAQUE!!! People like him should not be working with people...they only need their money!!!dont get fooled by this people... Stay away from them if you dont want a stressful life buying property.

Stay away, especially from Farheen Naz. Absolutely the worst real estate agent ever. She's very unprofessional, she lied to us constantly, and caused us many problems. We lost alot of money because of her. She should not be a real estate agent, I dont know who gave her a lisence, and even a bigger shocker that someone actually hired her. I wish I could give 0 stars

My partner and I had a horrible experience with an agent named Jasdeep Dhingra - she was rude, kept interrupting us, did not tell us the truth and was overall very unpleasant to deal with. She kept telling us the wrong price and kept insisting she was right. We ended up dealing with a different agent at a different company who treated us great; we ultimately bought a home through her. My advice is to never call or deal with Jasdeep, she is not professional!

I had very bad experience. I listed my house through Rajesh Sareen to sell and i would suggest everyone not to go through him. Rajesh never listened to our interest. Unprofessional guy. when one buyer put offer with buying amount too less than listed price Rajesh started forcing us to agree on that amount. He started calling us multiple time for more than 2 hour. When we denied to accept offer Rajesh threatend us on saying he will remove sign board and we will be blocked to not to sell our house for next six month. Being agent he manipulated our mind by telling that your house is more than 25 year old and has so many drawbacks and this price is reasonable. He did our initial on final price and sent the documents to buyer. He already contacted buyer's agent and both were together to sell my house at any cost. To make sure that i dont go against him Rajesh also promised to give back some part of CB . When deal was signed, buyer agent and Rajesh started showing my house to tenants on buyer visit schduled time. Buyer listed my house on kijiji for rent as he purchased for investment. Rajesh never helped us in this and i had to send notice through my Lawyer to buyer's lawyer. Now closing date is over, Rajesh Sareen refused to give back promised CB amount. Main Reason that We did not react to his behaviour because i came to know about him through one of my so called good friend Akash Sharma(who later on found out Rajesh's own middle man). Akash, his wife and his mother used to interac with people in park in our neighbourhood. Their main aim is to first make friend and then use them for their own profit. In Every step of my house selling process Akash and his family tried to convince us that Rajesh is good. Soon i will contact consumer court and RECO againt Home life miracle as Rajesh promised to give back CB part and i have sufficient proof as well.

I had the worst type of experience with working with Farheen Naz, and this company as a whole. I wanted to buy a house and as a first time buyer, I had little knowledge about this industry. I trusted a professional, like many of us would, thinking they would be in my best interest. I was wrong. Farheen Naz is highly unprofessional, unresponsive and does not know how to think under pressure. Instead, she puts her husband forth to deal with the mess she made. Please, as a friend I would like to tell you to stay away from this company as far as possible.

Brokerage did not respond or act professionally. The manager AJ was even worse, instead of apologizing for their employee's mistakes, he was cocky and rude. I have never dealt with a worse brokerage in my life!
