But after the calm manner from the staff when I handed Odie’s leash to the staff, I left very assured and looking forward to my vacation. My dog developed anxiety while I was away and the staff treated him with kindness above and beyond. My family has boarded our dogs at the Burlington location for over twenty years. It’s been four years since we used their services. I have confidence and it is worth the drive to Ancaster. I will use their services for the next twenty years. To the staff, thank you so much for the great care.

The staff took great care of our demanding dog - a German Shepherd who is spoiled and gets massive separation anxiety. They even managed to give him a bath before we picked him up. The staff is very friendly and make you feel reassured! Thank you to all the staff. We have a new favourite spot for Hugo!

Whenever our dog arrives he's eager to get inside (and this is a dog with some separation anxiety), and he always seems happy and well cared for when we pick him up. They have a large outdoor enclosure so dogs can get plenty of exercise without feeling cramped, and the rural Ancaster setting keeps them healthy and happy.

We were nervous, as we know our dog can be reactive to other dogs, but they gave her such diligent care, and she returned to us plump, well exercised, and clean from a bath incredibly happy :) 100/100 would recommend, GREAT prices.
