★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to order for pick up and a lady answered the phone and I had checked their website prior to calling in with a specific number in mind and she said you can’t order regular you know this is valentines and also didn’t seem too interested in helping out. She said look under valentines occasions and we hung up and I check the website again but I actually gave her the right number the first time, it was from Love & Romance occasion. I called again and then said the prices would be different and started giving me random info. I could place the order even on my second call. I am now forced to move on to the next florist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers last week from England to be delivered on my aunt's birthday in Montreal. The flowers were fresh and very pretty. They had followed my instructions regarding the color range. I particularly liked the vintage teacups. I recommend this florist !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have loved to have ordered a bouquet for delivery. The man who answered said they do not do delivery. When I mentioned that the website says otherwise, he said they were too busy. Maybe I'll buy in person if it's available but it was poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures do not do justice how beautiful these flowers are. I received them as a gift on Monday, we are now Friday, and they are still blooming. All the flowers were fresh, the colours in the assortment was beautiful. I have received many bouquets and this is by far the nicest ever.
