My only concern when i go there is cross contamination. Watch out if you have severe allergies or intolerance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is all clean and now only employees are serving and touching all food. Only plastic bags now so, they only touch whatever it is in the store, less contamination than before. I really liked the experience of shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers used to be nice, I always go there but there’s one weekday afternoon, I tried to use that 3$ off coupon. I didn’t meet the minimum 10$ so my friend grab the bag and went to put more candies in.
That cashier yelled at us saying that we are not supposed to do that. I’m serious, she was yelling!
I understand there were people behind . We didn’t mind add more to the bags and then came back to line but you could tell us nicely, couldn’t you?
I swear to god, I’ll never go back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulk Barn is great. They have so many things to chose from!! From Candy to nuts to flour, really anything you could want in bulk. It's also a great way to go green and buy things that are usually in very un-environmentally friendly packaging. The service is great and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a few cookie cutters at this location. upon washing and drying them after purchase only to find them rusted when I went to use them. Would not recommend buying theses. Also customer service is really terrible( threw receipt out not thinking they would have rusted). You’re only able to return them if you have your receipt even if you purchase then the week before. I don’t often complain but this was to make fun shapes of cookies and sandwiches for my daughter. Super disappointed with my purchase. I have the pictures to prove it as well.

They have a nicely organized store, clearly indicated prices and ingredients. We've never run out of the items we were looking for, nor the items advertised in the circular. Thanks for a great zero-waste shopping experience!

Needs improvement: 1) Some items should be more competitively priced. 2) Would be nice to have a sort of index or map to locate spices/items etc. 3) Staff although polite, could be a bit more engaged with customer as they're often absorbed in their cell phone & seems they really don't like being there.
