★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a request to have her as a family doctor as ours is retiring and we didn't hear back so I called and left a message. The secretary answer and at first was polite. After she told me that it would take a year to know if she will take on a new patient she told me to go to a walk in CLINIC. I said what about the patients files and she said that they don't care about the files because they are not important. I said to her how about knowing the patients history and she said that the Dr just asks the patient. I'm sorry but if a person is extremely ill would you go to a walk in clinic and ask the to do test or want a family doctor to do that for you. Maybe fire the secretary and hire someone knew. She is making you look bad and I absolutely ?do not encourage anyone to use this doctors office because the secretary asks you personL questions. I asked for the doctor to call me and she said doctor doesn't talk to anyone. Sorry horrible medical practice at this Dr. Office save yourself and get a professional doctor that takes the time to understand you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor herself is very nice and helpful but the man (her husband I believe) is incredibly rude. Neither myself nor my family will not be going back when there are other clinics that don't talk down to you and treat you like a second class citizen. The pharmacy is very nice and clean and we will go back there but not to the clinic again.
Edit - The doctor actually treats everyone with respect but not the man there. Pharmacist is very nice and I will continue to go there. Maybe instead of contacting Google you should Google "common courtesy"
