I was pregnant with my first baby and almost 1 week overdue when was referred here by my chiropractor. I had been told by my OBGYN that I was in the beginning stages of preeclampsia and they wanted to induce me that weekend. I was really worried about being induced so I came to the south location of this clinic and had 3 acupuncture treatments. At my final appointment, the practitioner told me I would go into labor that day...and I did. I had a natural labor and healthy baby boy. Very happy with how well I was treated and how positive and encouraging the staff was. Thanks so much! Update: Baby #2 also need some encouragement. Same thing: 3 treatments, water birth, babe in arms;)

I have been going to the North location for almost a year now, both for acupuncture with Courtney and massage with Franca, and am very happy with the service. The location is lovely and relaxing, and staff are professional and take the time to understand your individual needs. Always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, would definitely recommend!

I've been going here for a few weeks now . Maya has been awesome. Once she starts with the acupuncture I get so relaxed that I sleep off. She is patient and everyone there is nice. The place is neat as well.

From Yoga to Acupuncture this clinic has it all. The Chiropractor Dr. Jody is really knowledgeable and gentle! I had Acupuncture to treat my shoulder problems and it worked really well, I was nervous at first but the practitioner made me feel totally comfortable. The yoga instructors are great and small class sizes means more a personalized experience. Overall this place is a great escape from a busy life!

I had a strong pain in my Thumb (Tendonitis) that I tried for 3 weeks to heal it with Naproxen and Voltaren (as per my physician recommendations) but the pain persisted. So I decided to give the Acupuncture a try, and booked an appointment in Holistic center. I was going with very low expectations, but what I can tell you: "Maya Hayachi" is the best Acupuncturist you will ever meet. In just 1 session, my Thumb was 95% better. It was a pain free session. Maya will listen to your health problems, will tell you what she can heal, and what is outside of her expertise. During the first examination, she told me that she felt that my Body's energy is not well distributed, and she believed that I was not getting enough sleep, and that I was waking up every night at the same time. Well guess what? She was 100% right!!!! I had a sleep problem for the last month (due to stress and a lot of bedtime thinking), and after the session, for the first time since maybe 4 or 5 years, I got a continuous 8 deep Sleep. Thank you Maya for that. In my last session with her, I had a severe Neck and Head pain, that started 1 week before while removing the snow and standing in the wind for long period. I went for a Chiropractor (in another Center, because it was Christmas Eve, and almost all clinics were closed) to heal it, but he only got to make me around 75% better. I went after that to see Maya, and again she did her magic, and I walked out of the clinic 100% without any neck pain. Believe me if you have any problem, book an appointment and go see "Maya Hayachi". The Clinic is super clean, the staff are all very nice and polite, and most important thing, they have the best Acupuncturist in the town.

After a miscarriage in Dec/20, I booked an appt with Courteney for fertility acupuncture. Little did I know, by my first appointment on Feb 10th, I had a positive pregnancy test. Courteney has been a relaxing blessing! I have now had two appointments and will continue to see her throughout this pregnancy and beyond. She has been so thorough both appointments - doing acupuncture on my front and back, as well as some cupping. The appointments feel luxuriously long and I have really enjoyed the naps as I get treated! In addition to fertility, I mentioned my neck had been bothering me and her treatments of both cupping and acupuncture have done more for my neck than anything else I've tried (chiro, massage, active release, needling). Courteney is a gem!

I recently returned to HIHF for acupuncture sessions and their service is top notch. The receptionist always welcome me with warm greetings. My acupuncturist Courtney genuinely cares about my well being and definitely knows what she is doing. I haven’t been sleeping well lately and every time after my visit I would sleep a lot better. She also helps relieve my stiff neck and shoulders. She is so kind and easy to talk to. The clinic sanitizing protocol for Covid is excellent. I feel very safe during my visits and I want to thank all the staff doing their parts to keep us safe. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

This clinic is amazing! The staff is incredibly kind and empathetic. I have seen various practitioners there and I have felt so cared for each and every time. HIHF has been a light in an otherwise bleh tunnel in navigating the world of fertility.
