★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awesome hotel with good beds. however room 308’s bathtub fills up completely during a shower because the drain is clogged so take a quick shower, and the toilet handle is very broken so you have to keep pushing it down till it flushes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside temp. Was -40 +/- .inside my first room same thing it felt like, room had zero heat. Moved to 2nd room, this one had big draft under the heater which was located under the window. It felt like there was a hole to the outside. The bathroom tiles were so cold, I had to put a towel on the floor to stand on the floor.
The furniture was literally peeling /falling apart. This was also true for my coworkers room. See photos(I hope they loaded).
When I checked out in the morning, and told the front desk staff about the cold floors, and the draft, their reply was yes we know. WHAT???? If they knew about this issue, why would they rent the room out? Obviously, no common sense or logic used here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and a very comfortable bed. We took a king suite and enjoyed the living room. Myonly complaint is the bathroom, it is so far below Holiday Inn standards. Took pictures but not sure how post them, look like rust on every chrome surface. Won't be stay here again until they upgrade this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been travelling all day and it was during a cold spell of -30 and more. It was dark and icy and decided to stop here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some vehicle troubles and the people of Lloydminster were all very friendly and accommodating. Despite our troubles, we had an excellent experience in this hotel and with the people there. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds and pillows are SO comfortable. The pool was awesome,but hot tub could have been a bit warmer and the jets aren't very strong. The staff is friendly,parking is easy, hotel is very clean. Could use a few upgrades in the bathrooms (very run down tubs).

I always have great customer service and I really like the quality of sleep I can get in those beds and the pillows are just something else, I love it! I definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends because I want them to have the same experience I have and that’s good service, food and rest! Thanks a lot Holiday Inn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel needs updating in a bad way, the room is clean but everything is very old and I'm need of repair. The towel rack is barely attached to the wall. The staff is friendly and attentive. The lounge is only open till 8 which mean you have to go off site if you have to eat late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with Kumar? at reception! Deposited my points and gave my.free amenities and asked if I would.prefer an upgrade.
Even after check in, he was very helpful and accomodating. The morning staff was cheery and had my.receipt ready to go!
I really enjoy that convenience.
A great night was spent. The beds are fantastic!
