★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suite we had was nice but no hot water for either day we stayed there. We complained after the first night but nothing was done as when we got up the second day still no hot water. We complained and all they did was say oh we will knock off the parking which is ridiculous to charge when paying for a night stay. We won’t be staying here again next year when we come back to agribition. Very disappointed.

Clean rooms , comfortable beds ,great shower.
Close to the mall.
Breakfast was great , hot coffee , eggs , breakfast meats, toast, bagels , yogurt ... my only thought is could use a better selection of fresh fruit and juices
Definitely be coming back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into town looking for a place to stay downtown. Found this gem right in the Heart of Downtown Regina. Great staff, very friendly and the Manager Tim made sure we were happy every time we saw him in the hall. Rooms were clean and updated. Will be staying here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the plugins in the parking lot are all broken and to card reader from the parking lot does not work. There are no vending machines to buy snacks or a bottle of water. The hallways are extremely cold. I had no hot water in the morning to have a shower. But mostly, there was no continental break or even a pot of coffee, which was advertised as offered. My wife and I were extremely disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally don’t review negative unless its too much problematic Or painful. This list is endless. First, there are cleanliness issues at common area. Carpets were stinking. There was a problem with AC and humidification is not proper here. I had a plan for 15 days stay but had to vacate within 5 days. IHG has seriously let me down with my earlier opinion about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service!!! Front desk clerk was not wearing his mask. Never told us the elevator was not working till he gave us our room key. We were told we needed to pay 15 for parking and could not find that in the add. The room was very nice but no hot water. In the morning in -34 weather we find out the plug in did not work...lucky we were able to get the car going, as we were on our way to the airport.
